Fit may vary slightly by style. If you have wider feet or prefer a roomier fit, you may consider going up half a size when available. Please refer to our Size Guide for more information.
Are these shoes good for walking or travel?
Many of our styles feature lightweight construction, flexible materials, and cushioned soles, making them suitable for everyday walking, commuting, casual outings, and travel.
Are these shoes waterproof?
Unless a product is specifically described as waterproof, it should not be considered fully waterproof. We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to rain or water.
Can I cancel an order placed by mistake?

Once an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. After receiving the package, you may contact us regarding return options in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Can I change my order after placing it?

Do the colors look exactly the same in person?
We do our best to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur due to lighting, photography, and different screen settings.
How should I clean my shoes?
For most styles, gently wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth and allow the shoes to air dry naturally. Avoid harsh cleaning products, machine washing, and direct high heat unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Can I wear them every day?
Our everyday styles are suitable for regular casual wear. Allowing your shoes to air out between wears can help maintain their shape and condition.
Will new shoes feel different at first?
Some styles may feel slightly firmer during the first few wears. The materials may gradually become more flexible with normal use, but the shoes should still feel reasonably comfortable from the beginning.
